Friendly and good humored folk in the trailer. Quick service. Decently priced. Took it home and had some great bbq. Very flavorful rub. The turkey was moist, brisket was delicious, and the ribs were very tender. Will definitely tailgate again.

Excellent BBQ! Brisket was melt-in-your-mouth tender. Dr Pepper beans were amazing too. Well worth traveling for and service was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Best brisket I've ever had! Fantastic salt and pepper bark, beautiful smoke ring, and moist. Absolutely perfect! The Dr Pepper baked beans and jalapeno sausage were also delicious, just not next level like the brisket. Topped off with yummy purple onion and homemade type pickles.

Great BBQ food trailer, and awesome staff! The brisket, turkey, ribs and burnt ends are some of the best around and I'd say the best you can get in Parker County!! Give them a try and get some of the homemade bread they make fresh daily!

Catering for my nieces wedding was phenomenal! Every guest was raving about the food! They took care of everything plus very affordable! What more could you ask for? I would hire them again and again! Very great and reliable! You won't be disappointed!
